This website presents Echelon’s chamber collection and helps visitors request invoices and arrange consultations. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to its systems.
Product information and orders
Images and descriptions are provided to help you explore the collection. Final configuration, specifications, pricing, delivery, and applicable purchase terms are confirmed in writing. Preparing an invoice request or booking a consultation does not place an order or take a payment.

Built-to-order purchases and support
Each home chamber is built to order. Once you approve your invoice and make the required initial payment, including an agreed deposit, your order is final and cannot be canceled or returned because you change your mind. Warranty coverage, our responsibility for shipping damage or defective goods, and your rights under applicable law—including applicable shipping-delay cancellation and refund rights—remain in effect.
New home purchases include three years of covered repair expenses: necessary diagnostics, parts, labor, repair shipping, and Echelon-arranged technician travel and service fees. Coverage includes the chamber and supplied equipment, including age-related failures of nonconsumable components during proper use. Covered on-site service applies within the contiguous United States; other destinations require separate written arrangements.
After three years, eligible replacement parts remain free for as long as the original home purchaser owns the chamber, while original or compatible parts remain available. Shipping, labor, and technician travel are charged separately after year three.
Free phone and email support, staffed 24/7, for as long as the original home purchaser owns the chamber. Physical service after year three is charged separately.
Read the Echelon Limited Warranty & Lifetime Parts Policy before approving and paying. This offer applies prospectively to new home purchases; existing customers keep their agreed terms. Commercial coverage is specified in each commercial proposal.
