How does the phone consultation work?

Choose a date and time in the booking calendar and share your phone number. An Echelon sales consultant will call that number at your selected date and time. The consultation lasts 30 minutes, is free, and comes with no obligation to buy.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Use the link sent to your email inbox after booking to cancel or choose a different appointment time. If you cannot find the email, contact the studio for help.

How much does a chamber cost?

Price depends on the chamber and configuration. Starting prices are for a standard setup. Configuration, optional upgrades, and delivery requirements may affect the final amount. Exact pricing is confirmed in writing before you order. Financing can be discussed during consultation.

Do I need to choose a chamber before booking?

No. Whether you have a model in mind or are just exploring a chamber for your home, we’ll help you compare options around your room, preferences, and budget. There is no obligation to buy.

What should I prepare?

Bring your questions. Room dimensions, doorway measurements, delivery location, and a budget range are helpful if you have them. You can still book if you are at the beginning of your research.

What happens after the consultation?

A written proposal follows with exact pricing. Review the chamber, configuration, delivery arrangements, and applicable terms before deciding whether to order.

Is this an appointment for a treatment session?

This is a consultation about purchasing an Echelon chamber. It is not a treatment session or a medical consultation. Personal medical questions belong with your healthcare provider. Echelon makes no claims about outcomes.

How do delivery and setup work?

Built to order, with a lead time of 4–6 weeks from order to delivery. Freight is arranged to your delivery address. Confirm the arrangements for your destination with the studio. Portable chambers arrive by freight. Place and connect the hardware per the manufacturer manual, with first-use support from Echelon. Echelon technician installation is included for Vespers, Cirrus, Nimbus, Keep, and Horizon. Installers position and connect the hardware and explain the controls. They do not pressurize the chamber. First pressurization takes place with Echelon on a first-use briefing call.

What warranty and ongoing support are included?

A 2-year warranty covers defects in quality, materials, and design with proper use. Parts, or the unit where applicable, are repaired or replaced under the warranty. Lifetime support with one dedicated studio contact. Parts and support continue after the 2-year warranty at standard parts and service rates. Commercial warranty terms are confirmed with your order.

Can I return a chamber?

Built to order. All sales final. No returns. These are chamber purchase terms; booking a free consultation does not commit you to an order.

Is financing available?

Financing can be discussed during a call with Echelon.

Does the touchscreen cost extra?

Vespers and Cirrus include button controls. An optional touchscreen upgrade is available on Vespers, Cirrus, Nimbus, Keep, and Horizon for an additional USD 4,950.
