For example, an eligible compressor part that fails in year five remains free for the original home purchaser while an original or compatible replacement is available. Shipping, labor, and technician travel are paid separately after year three; we quote those charges for your approval first.

If your chamber arrives damaged, contact Echelon promptly with photographs when possible. We coordinate the carrier claim and arrange the appropriate repair or replacement at no additional cost to you, without waiting for carrier reimbursement. Arrival damage and defects remain our responsibility before the three-year coverage begins.
