Covered on-site service applies within the contiguous United States; other destinations require separate written arrangements. Routine maintenance, consumable replacement, customer-caused damage, misuse, and damage caused by improper modifications or repairs are excluded. Commercial coverage is specified in each proposal.

Each home chamber is built to order. Once you approve your invoice and make the required initial payment, including an agreed deposit, your order is final and cannot be canceled or returned because you change your mind. Warranty coverage, our responsibility for shipping damage or defective goods, and your rights under applicable law—including applicable shipping-delay cancellation and refund rights—remain in effect.

Vespers and Cirrus include button controls. An optional touchscreen upgrade is available on Vespers, Cirrus, Nimbus, Keep, and Horizon for an additional USD 4,950.

Rigid home chambers include delivery and professional installation. We confirm the accessible setup area, indoor movement, and any exceptional handling charges before payment. Installers position the chamber within the agreed accessible setup area, connect the equipment, and explain the controls. They do not pressurize the chamber. First pressurization takes place with Echelon on a first-use briefing call. Stairs, specialized lifting, and packaging removal are not automatically included; the written proposal confirms the arrangements. Hardware setup is not a medical service.

Yes. Request an invoice with your chosen model and delivery location. We’ll email your configuration, pricing, and purchase terms for you to approve or ask us to change. No call is required. You can still speak with the studio at any point, including after your invoice arrives.

Each chamber pressurizes air. Oxygen is supplied separately through a headset or mask: 93% with 5 or 10 L/min configurations for portables; 93% ±3% at 10 L/min for Vespers, Cirrus, and Nimbus, or 20 L/min for Keep and Horizon. Pressure depends on the model. Cirrus, Nimbus, Keep, and Horizon operate at 2.0 ATA and are not UHMS-protocol hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Vespers is a one-person lying cabin at 1.5 ATA. Cirrus is a one-person lying cabin at 2.0 ATA. Both featured configurations have a 34-inch diameter and US doors. Vespers has a squarer sliding door; Cirrus has a rounder, thicker door. Button controls are standard on both; the optional touchscreen upgrade is an additional USD 4,950 on either model. Cirrus is not UHMS-protocol HBOT.

Your model, pressure, cabin type, equipment, voltage, delivery arrangements, exact pricing, and applicable ownership policy before you approve and pay. New home purchases include three years of covered repair expenses and lifetime phone and email support; commercial coverage is specified in each commercial proposal.

The three-year period begins the day after delivery for portable chambers, or the day after completion of the included professional installation for rigid chambers. Arrival damage and defects remain our responsibility before that date.

After three years, eligible replacement parts remain free for as long as the original home purchaser owns the chamber, while original or compatible parts remain available. Shipping, labor, and technician travel are charged separately after year three. If no original or compatible part is available after year three, the benefit ends for that component. This later benefit does not include an equipment upgrade, whole-chamber replacement, or cash remedy.

During the first three years of home coverage, Echelon provides an equivalent replacement chamber if a covered problem cannot reasonably be repaired, including necessary collection, shipping, and included installation at no additional cost. If replacement is unavailable, we refund the chamber purchase price and arrange collection at our expense. The later parts-availability limit does not remove this protection.

If your chamber arrives damaged, contact Echelon promptly with photographs when possible. We coordinate the carrier claim and arrange the appropriate repair or replacement at no additional cost to you, without waiting for carrier reimbursement.

During the first three years of home coverage, Echelon pays necessary, Echelon-arranged technician travel and service fees for covered failures within the contiguous United States. After three years, technician travel and labor are charged separately. Other destinations require separate written arrangements. Contact us first so we can assess the issue and arrange service; we quote customer-paid work for your approval before charges are incurred.

The current home offer applies prospectively to new personal/home purchases by the original purchaser. Existing orders retain their agreed terms. Commercial coverage is specified in each commercial proposal. Included standard shipping and covered on-site service apply within the contiguous United States; other destinations require separate written arrangements.
