Do I need to choose a chamber before booking?
No. We’ll help you compare portable and rigid chambers around your room, preferences, and budget. You can book whether you have a model in mind or are just beginning your research.
What should I prepare?
Bring your questions. Room dimensions, doorway measurements, your delivery location, and a budget range are helpful if you have them. You don’t need every detail to get started.
What happens after the consultation?
You’ll receive exact pricing in a written proposal. Review your chamber, configuration, delivery arrangements, and ownership terms before deciding whether to order.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to cancel or choose a different time. If you cannot find the email, call or email Echelon for help.
